Are you having problems paying your water/sewer bill on time?
The Village issues the water & sewer bills quarterly (March, June, Sept, Dec). If you haven’t received your bill by the first of the month following the quarter, please call our office at (920) 753-2230 and leave a message.
Delinquent payments create additional work for our office. This creates increased costs to all of our village residents.
Tips to help you pay your bill and reduce costs for our office.
-
Make estimated monthly payments to the Village Water & Sewer so you don’t have to pay the quarterly bill at one time.
-
Don’t ignore late payment communications from our office. Call (920) 753-2230 if you have questions or set up a payment plan.
-
Use our drop box at the village hall (firehouse) to make your payment. The US Postal Service does not always deliver to us timely.
If you would like your bill emailed to you each quarter, please provide us your email address and return this with your payment. Click here to access the needed form.

1/22/26 - Lead Service Line Inventory - Here is the update of the Lead Service Line inventory being performed by our water and sewer contractor, MCO. Click here to see the results as of 1/22/2026.
Water Softeners - To help lessen our village's impact on the environment, please have your water softener inspected regularly to assure that it is not consuming unnecessary amounts of salt and discharging it into our waste water system causing our chloride levels to be unnecessarily high. If your softener is old and inefficient, please consider replacing it with a new more efficient type to help us all protect our environment.
